I can’t express enough how grateful I am for Todos Santos Assisted Living and Memory Care. When my dad moved in, I was nervous—like any family member would be—about how he’d adjust and whether he’d receive the level of care and kindness he deserved. From the very first day, every single staff member made us feel like part of their family. My dad absolutely thrived there. The caregivers treated him with so much respect, patience, and compassion. They took time to learn his routines, his favorite activities, and even the little things that made him smile. I was constantly impressed by how attentive they were—not just medically, but emotionally. The environment itself is warm, welcoming, and peaceful. The facility is clean, beautifully maintained, and filled with natural light. The activities are engaging and tailored to residents’ abilities, which helped my dad stay active and socially connected. He especially loved the music therapy and the weekly outings—they gave him a sense of joy and independence that I hadn’t seen in years. What truly sets Todos Santos apart is the heart of the people who work there. They treated my dad not as a patient, but as a person—someone with a story, a personality, and dignity. Every visit, I could see that he was happy, comfortable, and, most importantly, cared for deeply. I will forever be grateful to the entire Todos Santos team for giving my dad the best possible experience during this chapter of his life. Their compassion, professionalism, and genuine love for what they do shine through every day. If you’re looking for a place where your loved one will be treated with warmth, respect, and heartfelt care, I can honestly say Todos Santos is that place.

I want to share an honest review of this community. We moved in on March 1st, and from the very beginning, my tour experience with Nate was wonderful. He was thoughtful, kind, and truly understanding, which made a big difference during such an emotional decision. I won’t pretend the beginning was perfect. New management had a rough start, which is expected when taking over a new building. That said, I can confidently say that Todos Santos Assisted Living has improved significantly since March 1st, 2025. Many of the negative reviews I’ve read feel extremely exaggerated compared to what we experienced. My mother was with Todos Santos for about eight months before she passed away. She came from another facility where the experience was truly horrible, so the contrast was very clear to us. During her stay, I spent most of her remaining time by her side, and I personally witnessed how comfortable, compassionate, and genuinely caring the staff and residents were toward her. Her room was clean and well maintained. She was not malnourished. She was checked on regularly, cared for attentively, and she truly enjoyed being at Todos Santos during the final chapter of her life. I can’t speak for everyone’s experience, but ours was truly one of a kind. I will forever be grateful that Todos Santos was the last place my mom felt happy. I highly recommend visiting in person before deciding to go elsewhere. See it with your own eyes before making such an important decision for your loved one. I truly believe Todos Santos is a wonderful place.

I placed my mom here right when TreVista became Todos Santos in a memory care unit. At 1st glance, it felt like this place was it for my mom. After all, the skill nursing where my mom was at kept recommending a memory care saying she would thrive in the environment where they know what to do. However, few days into it, it was far from the truth. Within one week, she developed bedsore sore on her right buttocks and 3 days later, on her left as well, from them always leaving her on the wheelchair w double diaper so they didn't have to change her diaper often. Then, few days later, she threw up her food. They blamed hospice social worker fed her too fast. Mind you, that same workers been feeding her 2x a week at the skill nursing center w no problem. It was not the hospice social worker. It was them who was feeding her wrong. When my mom acted out by throwing food bc she was not happy, they decided to ask the hospice service to up her medication instead of figuring out why mom was doing it - isn't memory care supposed to figure this out?? Then, 2 weeks in, I found out she was not getting showered bc Todos Santos said it was hospice care's job to give her shower. When I was upset about this and asked for a meeting, the memory care director said no, she had to wait a month. I told them if we waited a month, they would kill my mom. Finally when we had meeting, ee found out my mom was starving to death by them not giving her enough food w a reason saying she was throwing up. Mind you, she didn't throw up for the past 10 days but they were going by an old record. My mom became increasingly unhappy, and started to shut down and when I took her out to place her at a loving boarding care, she passed away next day. My mom did not stay at the Todos Santos for little more than 3 weeks. She was thriving and was clean, well fed and was very happy at the skill nursing center when she got transfered. Staff at memory care does not have any kind of special training or a certificate. The director of memory care says he trains them. To me, they were always short staff, and staffs often pulling double shift bc they didn't have enough worker. The social event director even told me she would never place her mom here. I can honestly say, Todos Santos killed her. A whole year later, reading from the recent reviews, the place didn't get any better but worse.

Todos santos is a wonderful place, we moved in when the first took over and had one of the best experiences so far! Nate was great! He was thoughtful, kind, and understanding. He was also very communicative and compassionate about what he does for our residents and my family. The staff has been increasing significantly, and the residents are wonderful once you get to know them! I was previously placed under the ALW program and went to a board and care first and it was horrible! Todos santos really has stepped up to be one of the NICEST medi-cal communities out there. If your loved one is on the ALW/ CAL-aims I highly recommend moving to Todos santos!

When this facility was TreVista the care, food quality and variety and building maintenance were five star. Since its sale to the new group & calling it Todos Santos, my mom has lost almost 20 lbs due to the poor food quality; she fell & rang for service to help her up for half an hour before calling me that no one had come; there have been outbreaks of bed bugs and COVID with no notice to residents or family as well as several bouts of gastroenteritis. This new group only cares about bringing in severe care residents and doubling them up in rooms for higher rent and profits. It's a shame that I used to highly recommend has fallen so low.
