Tomorrow's Promise

The resident left at the beginning of August; Tomorrows Promise continued to receive the resident's Social Security benefits (I called on Monday, October 16th to ask if they were still receiving the former resident's SSI benefits (Social Security Administration confirmed). Shelia (unsure of her job title but made clear she organized the funds) indicated to me they had indeed still been receiving his SSI benefits but would be happy to return the funds to the resident. I provided my information (name, address, phone number, relationship to former resident) to have the funds mailed to me due to the resident being put into the hospital and later going into an assisted living facility. After several phone calls to Tomorrow's Promise assuring me the check had been mailed (on at least five different occasions), it is now Monday, October 31st, no funds have been received, and no phone calls are being returned from the business Tomorrow's Promise or to Ms. Shelia's personal phone. This establishment has now received the months of August, September, and October benefits for this former resident. It appears they have no intentions of returning the funds owed to this former resident.
