We are very thankful for Topanga Gardens. Mike and Kikai made a hard situation a lot easier for us. The home feels clean, peaceful, and welcoming. Our family member is very comfortable there and that means everything to us.

Topanga Gardens has been a blessing for our family. My mom was living alone and I worried constantly about her safety. We never thought independent living was possible due to cost, but Mike, the owner, introduced their home rental assistance program. He works with professional property managers who helped my mom rent her house, and the rental income now pays for her stay at his facility. Thanks to this creative solution, my mom enjoys a safe, social environment, and I finally have peace of mind. Highly recommend Topanga Gardens!
