Touchmark At Meadowlake Village

As a family member of an person there I am pleased when I go in there. The staff is very pleasant and helpful, always have a positive attitude, and really care about the residents. The buildings are always very clean along with the neighborhoods attached. They have plenty of activities to do, and the food is well prepared and tasty. I would recommend to anyone else if they have a family member in need of assisted living.

Our family will always be deeply grateful for the care and compassion shown to my Grandpop and Nana during the final chapters of their lives at Touchmark. From the very beginning, it was clear that this was more than just a place to live—it was a true community. The staff treated my grandparents with dignity, kindness, and genuine affection. They took the time to know them as individuals, honoring their routines, personalities, and preferences. Knowing that they were safe, comfortable, and surrounded by people who truly cared gave our family tremendous peace of mind. The environment was warm and welcoming, and there was a sincere sense of respect woven into every interaction. During difficult moments, the staff showed exceptional empathy and professionalism, supporting not only my grandparents but our entire family as well. We feel incredibly fortunate that my Grandpop and Nana were able to spend the rest of their lives in a place where they were valued, cared for, and treated like family. Touchmark will always hold a special place in our hearts, and we would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking compassionate, high-quality assisted living care.

I've been to this community a few times and it never fails to impress. The grounds are well landscaped and fit every season in Idaho. The staff is kind and very helpful! Their memory care provides a safe and comfortable milieu for their residents while keeping them engaged in meaningful activities. Touchmark is easily above the rest in the treasure valley!

My Wife & I moved to Boise from Montana to be closer to our Daughter. We toured many Senior communities, but Touchmark stood out from all the others. We love the friendliness, cleanliness, many activities and our home here. The food is fabulous and we have made wonderful friends. We appreciate how well run it is as a Company. The quality of the homes, grounds and Team members are outstanding. The best place in the Northwest. We Love It Here!

Touchmark at Meadow Lake Village Daryl and Jan Talken 5 / 5 stars We were quite reluctant to leave our one-story independent house in a very close and friendly community to move to a multi-story apartment in an adult community, but we have found that Touchmark has offered us so much. Touchmark has a wonderful and willing staff to address our needs, we have been able to communicate with the management, if we have a concern, and we feel they listen to us and help address the concern(s). The meals are wonderful and the cooking staff take into consideration the various needs of the many residents. Maintenance concerns are addressed promptly. The staff’s attitude is phenomenal and we feel they sincerely care about our comfort and safety. Our family is definitely more at ease, as we 'mature', with us here at the Meridian Touchmark campus.
