TOUCHMARK ON WEST PROSPECT

I have had a very good experience working with Kimberli at Touchmark. She is always pleasant, patient, and respectful and she has helped me with several important matters. She truly cares and is willing to take the time to help however, she can. One thing I especially appreciated was when my mail had been mixed up by someone outside of Touchmark. I was looking for two very important items, including a check I needed to cash in and an invoice for my wife’s dental care and Kimberli spent hours helping me find them. She also helped me make calls to set up five donations and I was very thankful for that. She is helpful getting in contact with community foundation to donate to Touchmark Foundation. Kimberli is very compassionate and extremely patient. She is always willing to keep trying even when it is difficult to get a hold of the right people or sort something out. Touchmark is very fortunate to have someone like Kimberli and her actions truly help enrich lives here I am very grateful for everything she has done for me.

Our parents moved into Touchmark recently, and after patiently getting to know them, Rena Winkler, took good care of our family, helping Mom & Dad into the right apartments and the best care for each. With Dad in Memory Care, we have felt and experienced good care 24/7; the majority of the caregivers are wonderful, patient, respectful and loving to Dad and the other residents. Mom’s independent apartment is awesome! The people (both the administrators and other residents) have been respectful, so caring, she’s immediately been accepted into the “family”. The Leadership Team here walks the talk, Mom’s transition has been smooth, she feels respected, and heard. The food throughout the building is healthy and fresh. We feel great about this community, and how much they care - and work hard - to get things right.

I've visited Touchmark on a number of occasions and have found it to be a fantastic place to visit! The bistro is efficient and delicious. I had the pleasure of sitting in on a Happy Hour in the Claremont one day! That was fun and well organized. Everyone seemed to enjoy themselves! The staff is really engaged!! I'd highly recommend Touchmark as a place for my loved one!!

This is truly a top notch place for senior Independent living with tons of activities and organized events. They also offer assisted living and memory care. The director Stephanie Buchanan is always willing to help or make things better / easier and is very compassionate and understanding.

Our experience with Touchmark has been fantastic. Everyone there is welcoming and kind. They go above and beyond to provide an exceptional experience for all of the residents. The quality of the food and service is always 5 stars! Special appreciation for Melissa who helped with my mother’s transition to Touchmark after my father passed last year. They have a great team at Touchmark. We feel fortunate to have such a wonderful community for our mother to enjoy.
