Town Creek Assisted Living Facility

My brother has been a resident at Town Creek for the last three and a half years. I feel he received good care. Being I am his POA I should be made aware of any and all decisions pertaining to his care. Just found out today he was transferred to another facility without my knowledge. This is very unprofessional to say the least.

If you asked me, this place is very unfair. The way they treat their patients. My brother was a patient there for two years now they want to throw them out because he did some little thing to him and that’s not how you treat somebody with mental problems so I’d like to find out how I can go about doing something about itanybody’s got any suggestions let me know cause I’m going to the media

My daughter has been a resident for almost one month. She is treated with the utmost compassion and care! Everyone that I have spoken with has been very helpful and genuinely concerned for her! AND she says every meal is delicious!
