TOWNER CREST ARBOR MEMORY CARE

We had my father (and previously my mother) in two other facilities before we found Towner Crest and I and I am so happy we found them! Mother has passed now, but my father is in later stages of Alzheimers so he's in The Arbor at Towner Crest which is their memory care facility. I can honestly say that he is extremely well taken care of by a group of very caring individuals. What I especially like is that the facility adapts not only to his physical needs, but his wants as well. He's not a joiner or game player and, aside from going to meals, would rather sit in his chair and watch tv. The team there allows him to do his own thing as much as possible. Sometimes they can coax him to an event, but usually they just come in and chat every hour or so to make him feel that someone cares. They've been very responsive to any questions or concerns that I have with him and if he falls or has a medical issue, they quickly contact me. I'm over there a couple of times a week so I've seen first hand how great these people are with our family members! Highly recommend!

They truly make the residents feel at home, with personalized care that exceeds expectations. The facility is welcoming and well-maintained, providing a comfortable environment for seniors who need assistance with daily living. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Towner Crest to anyone seeking assisted living for their loved ones. Our mother lived her final two years at Towner Crest and was treated with wonderful care and support. The entire staff from caregiver, maintenance assistance, housekeeping, food preparation, nursing and administration demonstrated the highest level of professionalism and commitment to her well being. In addition to the tremendous assisted living/medical care, many of the staff members became important friends to our mom. It was very common for these individuals to go well above and beyond to enrich her social, emotional and spiritual well being. Mom loved her apartment and walking around the beautiful grounds that surround Towner Crest. We highly recommend Towner Crest to anyone looking for a loving, safe home that also provides outstanding assisted living care.

Our experience at Towner Crest was exceptional. Our family can not say enough good things about the entire team. We moved our mother to the Arbor (memory care). Immediately we saw the level of care and respect shown to the elderly was something we had not experienced before. Resident intake, nursing/cna staff, housekeeping, food service, receptionist, faith services. All outstanding. The team adapted to respect my mother's unique challenges. Her surroundings were beautiful and very well maintained. The activities keeping engagement at a high level. The care extended to our family as my mother moved through the last stages of her life still brings tears to my eyes. Thanks again to the entire Towner Crest team. You have our families love and respect.

My Mother received amazing care from this facility! The staff was wonderful. The nurses were amazing! My Mom was in the memory care unit. It’s a beautiful place. Many times I got phone calls that she was at a resort. The residents I met were going on tours, book clubs, wine clubs, garden clubs, they are planning plays, and doing religious practices. It was like College for over 60. It is definitely not what I remember my Grandmother being in. It was nice comfortable. My Mom had friends and a wonderful life there!
