Well suppose have pre surgery examination but it was messed up Steve s point orthopedic surgeons did not come. Communicate. So did another physical next week 4 days before surgery . Theme noble did not communicate with oskosh heart doctor . Mostly because all 3 parties medical computers not talking. Justa disaster ended doing same thing 3x. Definitely need some manangeent not in right field. This is better had teeth cleaned 3 years ago tried to set another cleaning 6 months then lost both dental hygenists So went to silver springs in Ripon but they stopped handing old people insurance . Well back to noble they took $550 worth x-rays & there crack back dentist said to many fillings will not work on teeth. So now get hold of state wi & close this Micky mouse operation. .

REVIEW FROM EUGENE GOMBOS They made impressions of my teeth in order to make a new upper denture but then they couldn't find the impressions and when they finally did and made the upper denture, the denture was so large that it couldn't fit in my mouth and they couldn't cut it down enough to fit. So, they had me bring in my old denture and didnt tell me that they were going to try to reline it and they relined it but it won't fit right either. It cuts into my mouth and hurts. They refuse to fix it or remake the new one that they made even though they screwed up! They have billed Medicaid and received payment which is fraud. Medicaid rules say that the patient has the right to receive competent and ethical dental care. " The WI Forward Health program assesses cases where a replacement prosthesis is needed due to "poor quality workmanship by the provider ". Correction or replacement: THE Medicaid reimbursement for dentures includes a 6 month period of follow up care to address fit issues. If the dentures still do not fit after this period, the provider may need to submit a prior authorization request for replacement dentures with additional justification. The Medicaid program does not expect a denture to last for 5 years if it is NOT Made CORRECTLY." this is a direct quote from their website. I have contacted them to report fraud and abuse. I found out that all insurance companies have rules like this even UNITED HEALTHCARE.

So thankful for Noble Community Clinics. They’ve seen all of my children and done a wonderful job on their dental appointments. All the staff has been so friendly and helpful. Scheduling can be tedious but that’s to be expected. Having realistic expectations is helpful when scheduling. I know they want to serve as many people in the community as they can and I’m thankful they do such a great job.
