The supervisor is absolutely disrespectful to independent and assisted living residents. Let’s other employees be disrespectful as well. The building is absolutely falling apart (someone’s BALCONY literally fell off) a staff member told an ASSISTED living resident they had 15 minutes to move their furniture to clean the carpet, HE USES A WALKER and can’t move furniture like that, and when confronted staff member got into an independent residents face who witness this and told them they had to no say. When the supervisor was told she said that assisted residents have a mouth and can speak up. But when they do speak up nothing is done about it. Took them TWI weeks to clean someone’s carpet, and when they did it this is what it looked like (don’t worry a complaint was filed and they actually did it right.) PLEASE DO NOT PUT YOUR FAMILY INTO THIS BUILDING IF YOU LOVE THEM. They will get treated like dog poop on the bottom of a shoe.

Horrible place the building looks like it’s falling apart and the worker at the front desk is mean.

I Love 💕 this place!! Only issue is with the current administrator and I don’t see eye to eye. But she’s willing to listen to us residents. The current staff members there are awesome and there’s now a mental health team that can assist with mental health and addictions and so much more!! Other than that? This place is Awesome and Fun 🤩!! Wish that the PNA would increase to $200/month!! It’s currently $100/month!! Medicaid and Medicare and SSA pays for the care costs and prescriptions. Need a Medicaid Assisted Living Waiver before applying for an apartment here!! I definitely Loved 💕 my apartment!! Even tho I just moved out!! We have laundry 🧺 rooms on two separate floors!! Apartments are well done 👍🏻!! Some apartments are for the independent residents and the other apartments are for the assisted living residents. Pet friendly for small dogs and cats etc etc and service pets are welcome!! Sometimes there’s a bake and craft sales to assist with the staff members there helping the residents get gifts and to fund activities. Plus trick or treaters are welcome to come whenever it’s advertised. The current staff members on all of the shifts are Awesome and Cool!! Kind and willing to assist you!! The care coordinator is also sweet and kind and friendly and helpful as well as for everyone else who are staff members there!!

Nice place. Seems clean but very hard to get in to when your parent or loved one does not know how the buzzer system works and you don't have a key.
