TRACES OF TIGER I

I cannot say enough good things about Traces of Tiger. They took care of my extremely difficult mother for the last years of her life with love and kindness. As my mother declined in health, Cindy, the manager, always made sure that I knew exactly what was happening when it happened and I could call at anytime to get updates. During the last few days of her life, they went above and beyond to make sure she was comfortable and that I had everything I needed while I was with her. My thanks to the staff of Traces of Tiger to making that difficult time for me bearable and for treating my irascible mother with compassion.

My mother-in-law was fortunate enough to live here. As I watched her Alzheimer’s progress, I observed the staff at Traces embrace not only her and her condition, but also extend support to my wife and her sister. The staff went above and beyond any expectations. Thank you for making our time at Traces pleasant during a very difficult time for our family.

This place was our “heaven on earth” during my mother’s last couple of years of her earthly life!!! The staff loved my mom like she was a member of their own family!! Actually, they treated my sister and I like family and loved on us as well!! The staff went over and above to care for my mom!! Each staff member volunteered their own cell numbers and we were told to call them at home anytime we had questions or if we needed anything. We could call Traces at ANYTIME of day or night and they always knew what our mother was doing and were pleasant to talk to. Traces of Tiger is an AMAZING PLACE!!!!! They LOVE their residents and take such good care of them!!!! I highly recommend them!!!

If you are considering this facility for a loved one my advice is don’t!! My sister’s care left much to be desired. Food was skimpy, not very nourishing and sometimes inappropriate. She developed a painful bedsore—absolutely preventable under proper care. She was not seen by a doctor promptly when she needed palliative medication after being referred for hospice care by the physician who treated and evaluated the state of her health after an emergency admission to the hospital.because she was temporarily unresponsive. Proper medication would have relieved her respiratory problems. I suggest you also check the other numerous negative reviews

My Mom has been in this facility for a few months. Our family is blown away at how much she enjoys the facility, the care, and the people. The facility is always clean, the staff always is the best form with a smile on their face, and mom has lots of visitors. Upon talking to others staying in the facility, it is amazing how much they like it as well. We are so blessed that we were able to find such a great place that helps us care for our mom. .
