Tranquility House AFC

Wonderful staff!! The place feels just like home.

I am forever grateful to Sandy, the owner of Tranquility House, for her warm spirit, medical expertise, and caring nature. My aunt, who was diagnosed with severe dementia, was in a bad way when admitted to the AFC home due to a negligent live-in care taker. Thankfully, Sandy and her staff members (a very special "thank you" to Hazel and Fannie) were attentive, patient, and kind as they provided personal daily care, arranged for much needed medical services, and ensured my aunt's comfort around the clock. Sandy, who is a registered nurse and works collaboratively with a nurse practioner and (when appropriate) hospice agency, kept me regularly updated on my aunt's progress throughout each week from the beginning. These updates on developments were incredibly reassuring and allowed us to effectively problem solve in a timely manner. The home itself is warm, attractively decorated, and very inviting! I would highly recommend Tranquility House to anyone who has a loved one in need of twenty-four care.
