I appreciate all the hard word that the staff does to promote a healthy and well balanced lifestyle for their residents!

I would give zero stars . The administrative staff is severely under trained and uneducated pertaing to Power of Attorney and Guardianship, and the difference between them . Please make sure you and your loved ones know their / your rights. Hostile admin , some good careworkers , but many more extremely young and improperly trained careworkworkers No fault of their own. Just poor management. Gaps in housekeeping staff . No real activities , just an old bingo game.
