My mom resides here for her condition, we she first arrived, it was tough for her...after a few days it was alright for her. The staff made her feel at home and adjusted really well, plenty of activities to do and fun with the staff she likes to interact with...that's gives her more comfortable feeling knowing their is helping stay well in her comfort zone. Overall well kept place and professional staff at all times....I give it 5 stars because my wants to feel like home and they Orchard of Harper Woods is giving my mom that....TY u all very much and continue the hard appreciation work u all give to ur patients Great job everyone for making the transition for my mom TY

I personally liked it, it’s really hard to please my grandma, I mean that lovingly as possible. I wish I could’ve got her to stay but I couldn’t, it’s not perfect, but what nursing home is, that’s why it got the 4 stars, but the staff was amazing it’s cleaner than most,

If I could give a zero star rating I would! We allowed my grandmother to return there after they almost killed her the first time She returned from the hospital last Friday only to be sent out That following Monday and is now on a ventilator! Not expected to make it ! This place has incompetent nurses with zero empathy for their patients ! We will be seeking legal advise ! Everything That’s is wrong with my Grand mother now was preventable !

This facility is a true danger to the safety of not only residents but also staff! They allow homeless drug dealing patients to continue to stay in the facility breaking all the rules and displaying total disregard for the safety of the more vulnerable residents . Several over doses have happened in the last two months . Heroin and fentanyl is openly sold by staff and residents inside the building and out ! The owner only cares about his bottom line . I wouldn’t put my enemy there ! Please do not trust your loved ones in the care of this place ! They allowed my mother to overdose twice on fentanyl that she didn’t have a prescription for resulting in a 911 Hospital admission !

I strongly advise against leaving your loved ones at this facility due to their unprofessional operations, which nearly resulted in my father's death last night. Upon arrival, he was in stable condition but rapidly fell severely ill within three days. My attempts to contact the facility via phone for nearly three hours were unsuccessful. Upon my arrival, I found my father weak and severely ill. The manager exhibited unprofessional behavior and initially denied my request to transfer him to a hospital. I insisted on taking him to the hospital or calling 911 myself, which ultimately saved his life, as he was experiencing five severe medical issues. Nurse Gwen and the supervisor demonstrated compassion and concern, unlike the night manager, whose actions warrant license revocation. The patient sharing a room with my father was also in distress, yet the staff failed to provide assistance.
