She’s always helping the ones in need and never hesitates to help even on her days off!!

Omgosh!!!! Absolutely BEST CHRISTMAS GIFT EVER!!!! My sister was just moved from an assisted living facility in Grandview, to Tri-Cities Retirement Inn…. And after getting off the phone with my sister, Lisa, moments ago, and hearing how clean it is, how kind and caring the staff is, and how nice her room is, MY HEART IS SMILING!!! She had been in such a horrible situation for so long! And to hear her happy and content today…. Thank you to all the caregivers and staff at this facility! You literally made our Christmas joy filled!!!!!! Thank you for providing your residents with great care!!!!!
