Senior Abuse can be a very Serious situation This place isn't safe for your family members. The employees here will neglect situations and cover up negligent action and decisions made by doctors and care givers regardless of the Dangers to the Resident, whether it is assisted living or memory care. First hand witness, The House Doctors here allow Prescriptions to assist in Sedation and Control of Residents beyond safe therapeutic levels, causing residents to Decline, Fall, go into Hypotension and worse. The ambulance is always here for someone. It is obvious the lack of care exhibited when these type of problems aren't appropriately handled efficiently in these types of facilities. If only they cared. They will allow harm to your family without ever reporting it even after it has been verbally recognized by third parties. You can contact Adult Protective Services(APS) when you suspect BAD ACTORS such as these. Don't make this your story. If you care what happens to your loved one, think again before signing up to let these people have their way with you, or your family. This decision is yours.. ENTIRELY NOT RECOMMENDED!! RUN THE OTHER WAY

I’m disappointed with the memory care experience here. The facility itself is beautiful and has a lot of potential, and it may be a good fit for senior living or for residents with very mild, docile Alzheimer’s symptoms. However, in my opinion, it is not equipped to function as a true memory care facility. Memory care residents can have a wide range of needs, behaviors, and levels of decline, and this community does not seem to have the staffing, experience, or training necessary to handle that variety. Memory care takes patience, specialized training, and a deep understanding of all the different ways dementia can show up, and I did not feel that level of skill or support at the Tribute. For families looking for comprehensive memory care support, I would strongly recommend asking very detailed questions about what types of behaviors and care needs they are actually prepared to manage. Their skill are definitely limited. It’s honestly night and day between this location and where my father is now. In his new community, I finally see what real, skilled memory care looks like, and it breaks my heart that he didn’t have that here when he needed it most. For that reason, it feels wrong for them to present themselves as a true memory care facility. At best, they should be honest and describe themselves as a limited memory care setting, better suited for very simple, docile cases than for the real complexity that comes with this disease.

I have toured and visited many facilities due to my own senior-care business and Tribute Senior Living has truly created a special and unique lifestyle for their residents. Their memory care housing has taken into account every detail that can aid in the proper care and positive progression of seniors with cognitive impairments. Their assisted living housing includes all the amenities to make the residents feel independent, at home, and encouraged to socialize and move about the various areas of the facility. From a staffing standpoint, I was very impressed to learn about their onsite nurses, the employees who are so dedicated that they are currently pursuing advanced medical/senior-care degrees, and their Medical Director who provides customized nutritional plans for each resident (they also employ an amazing chef who makes residents' meals precisely to each's specific nutritional requirements - and I can attest from my experience just how good the food is thanks to the 4-course meal we were treated to). Being in a similar business, I could especially appreciate that their frontline caregivers are held to a minimum standard of being Certified Nursing Assistants, something that is not required by the state and is certainly not the standard at most other facilities. Everything from the building's design/layout, to the health equipment, to the cognitive tools, to the intake and continued care process makes this the most impressive assisted living and memory care facility I have ever had the pleasure of visiting.
