TRIBUTE SENIOR LIVING

I am leaving this review from both David and I. We were truly blessed to have this facility available to us, and specific to the needs of David's mom, Barbara. God's hand, along with the assistance of others made this available within the timeline we were needing to ensure a living environment that would fulfill her and meet her specific daily needs. Words can not express the gratitude in our hearts for the care, love, patience, encouragement and so much more in meeting her needs! She resided at Tribute (memory care wing) for just shy of 1 year. During this time, we made friends with residents and the staff. Truly this facility answered our prayers! Until a family finds themselves in the situation, it is not known how care can vary. Certainly, there can be challenges from day to day amidst all the needs and varying aspects, however, we found Tribute to meet and at times exceed both our expectations/needs. This was the final gift we could provide to Barbara. Thank YOU to all the nurses, care givers, and other staff for your continued support and love.

My Mom has been a resident of Tribute Senior Living & Memory Care for almost 4 months, and she could not be any happier and well cared for. This facility was truly a God send for her and our family. From day one to now the entire staff has been so kind & helpful that we actually feel like they are family! My Mom’s entire life has changed for the better. She moved in lonely & depressed, but no longer! Her days are full of fun activities, good friends, & delicious meals. Although she is living with the onset of Dementia, she is carefully monitored & absolutely safe. We thank God every day for bringing us to Tribute & also for the role “A Place for Mom” organization has played over the past 3 years in recommending & getting her to this happy place in life.

My husband has been a resident of Tribute for several years now. All the staff is so caring, loving and concerned for the patient. If I ever have a question or concern about my husband and his care, I am always impressed how quickly I get a response. Every time I walk in the front door, I am always greeted with friendly, smiling faces. All my family is very thankful we found this facility for our dear Robert!

PLEASE read this prior to leaving your loved one at this center. If you are looking for an assisted living care center then I believe this place will meet your expectations (this can be the ONLY reason for their current rating). It is clean and well taken care of, and the staff on that side are friendly. If you are looking for a memory care center for your loved one then I would STRONGLY suggest that you reconsider this place. We placed our father here after getting the sales pitch from their intake person (who is basically their sales person) and it was the worst decision we could have made. Like any good sales person she said all the things you want to hear, but we were two weeks in when we started to see through the sales pitch. The staff have ridiculous expectations of how a dementia/alz individual should behave or respond to things around them. There is no way they receive any formal/effective training. They don’t know how to connect with the resident. Our father was left in bed most days unless of course they knew we were coming to see him. We wanted this to work out so badly because our dad would have only been 2 miles from where we live, making it very easy to see him on a regular basis. We quickly realized that regardless of the convenience, The Tribute was NOT the place for our father. Where should you consider taking your loved one? Take them to Avalon Memory Care!!! We couldn’t be more blessed and thankful for the level of care and attention he is receiving there. Save yourself some serious heartache and avoid The Tribute.

I do not write a lot of online reviews, but when I do it’s because I feel passionate about something. I highly recommend The Tribute. My parents have been in numerous facilities in their late years, and I can say The Tribute is the best. The staff is unbelievable—friendly, concerned, professional. The facility is modern, yet feels at home. Everything is brand new with the latest technology. The chef is amazing—that’s right a chef—no fake food here. You get what you pay for with senior care. The Tribute is worth every penny.
