This facility added dignity and peace for the last couple of months of my mother's life. The caretakers were personable and went to great lengths to make sure it was a home and not just another facility. They provide home made meals, personalized conversations. While the circumstances that brings someone to the Trillium house may not be the best, they definitely help make it more comfortable for everyone involved.

The workers are spending too much time on their phones. They should be taking care of patients . There should be a cook that makes a Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner but that's left to volunteers and the aides. Today I got there at 10 am and her food was cold.Mom has Lewy Body Dementia and needs help eating, and going to the bathroom. She has fallen twice now. I was there the 1st time and was asked to leave the room. After 10 minutes I opened the door and saw mom partially on the floor by her chair. I asked if she needed help and pushed the button. Most times any of us come in the building there is no Hello or Goodbye. Hospice comes in and give her a shower, her hair, and her meds. The building is well kept and a nice environment.

I was a respite patient here for six days (October 8-13, 2021), following knee replacement surgery. Not only was the care first class, but also were ALL the workers with whom I had contact. I will never forget their love and support and encouragement. No need went unmet. Thank you.
