TRINITY COMMUNITY AT BEAVERCREEK

My dad is currently at Trinity Rehab, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the care he’s receiving. The staff is knowledgeable, compassionate, and always willing to help. The therapists are doing an outstanding job helping him regain his strength so he can safely return home. For the first time, our family truly feels like we have a dedicated partner working alongside us to ensure he receives the very best care possible. The peace of mind we have knowing he’s well cared for—even when we can’t be there—means more than words can express. It has truly been a blessing.

I have been to other rehabs in the past, Trinitys medical care is superior, very high level, I’m here currently. The staff are very thorough. The aides go above and beyond and do extra things. The rooms are extremely clean and maintenance is always checking to make sure things are working and filters are clean. They even spray the halls daily to ensure the air is clean. The doctors and nurse practitioners are here often I see them multiple times a week. The staff are genuine and kind. The food is better and quality is superior from most places I have gone. I have high regard for all the therapists, they do their job well and are very patient. I have had a very pleasant experience in the fast track rehab at Trinity. Trinity will always be my first choice. The managers are helpful and personable.

My Mom was in the fast-track rehab facility at Trinity Beavercreek for about 3 weeks in November. She is now in Long Term Care. The communication from the staff has been very timely and informative. The transition to LTC was seamless and Mom has adapted very well. Aides and nurses are attentive to her needs and have made her feel comfortable in her new environment. Doctors and therapists have treated her with dignity and are always willing to update us on her progress and status. The facility is clean and well kept. Overall, we are pleased with our experience and would highly recommend Trinity Beavercreek.

My Mom has lived in assisted living here for 2 years and is very content! She was in their rehab side 2 years ago and again now. The PT and OT teams have done an amazing job of helping her gain strength and confidence to get back to assisted living. PT and OT will continue to work with her when she’s back in assisted living which is helpful as she has some dementia and the familiar faces keep her comfortable. The whole staff is amazing and they care! I’m grateful for the care and support they provide. I recommend them to anyone considering a comfortable supportive place for their loved one!

I came to Trinity because I broke my foot and my fibula by my ankle when I blacked out at home because of four serious illnesses that I didn’t even realize I had. And then I acquired a fifth illness after my staying in a different facility that was worse than the first four. I came here from a second stay in the hospital and I requested Trinity because I’ve known people that had been here before as well as some that are here now. I’m so thankful that they accepted me in this facility because just after 11 days here I have actually felt really good again and I was able to go through my rehabilitation because of the team that’s here at Trinity. This team has exceeded my expectations starting with the Admissions Team, Chaplains, Doctors, Nurses, STNA’s, aids, Rehab Team (personal trainers), Great food team, Comfort Team, Cheerful Activities Team (Including a Ladies Tea Party) an awesome Cleaning Crew plus so many more that helped me to have an attitude to do my best and they have been there to cheer, coach, and support me to want to work harder to exceed my expectations on my plan to go home again. My expectations of coming to yet another facility were all met plus so much more! Thank each and everyone of you for having the absolute best work ethics to cover all aspects of a persons needs to heal and be made whole again in an amazing environment! My daughter said to me “You sure you don’t want to move in?! Lol” after my sharing all the events as they happened including pictures of the room, amazing food and all the wonderful care I have been receiving and so much more! This could be my second home, because I do want to go home soon. If I would ever have to go through rehabilitation again my only choice would be Trinity of Beavercreek and, yes, I would be happy to wait for a bed to open.
