Trinity Elms

My wife has been a resident for about 18 months. The overall care she receives makes me feel secure when I am not with her. The entire staff is dedicated to the performing their duties with care and understanding. I always feel welcome on my nearly daily visits and things seem to in order. I know that not facility is perfect but Trinity Elms has a consistently caring staff. I do not ever hesitate in recommending to someone to visit the facility to see if is it a fit for their needs.

Our family has had an incredibly positive experience with Trinity Elms Assisted Living. From the moment my mom became part of the community, we felt a genuine sense of care, compassion, and purpose. The environment is warm, welcoming, and peaceful, and it truly feels like home rather than a facility. What stands out most are the people. The leadership team and staff consistently go above and beyond, treating residents with dignity, respect, and sincere kindness. My mom regularly shares how supported and cared for she feels, and as a family, that gives us tremendous peace of mind. The faith-based foundation of Trinity Elms is especially meaningful to us. It is evident in the culture, the values, and the way residents and families are embraced as part of a larger community. That spiritual grounding adds a depth and comfort that is hard to put into words. We are deeply grateful for the environment Trinity Elms provides and for the incredible people who make it such a special place. Our family feels blessed to be part of the Trinity Elms community, and we could not recommend it more highly.

Wonderful staff. Regular Dr. Visits. They strive to do good work. They listen! Several of rhe staff have been there 20+ years.

Professional and Compassionate. I had moved my father to Trinity Elms from a facility in NY because of their reputation, and when my mother needed care, she found a home there because of our experience. The Trinity Elms experience was so much more than we ever thought possible from both the leadership team and staff. Mom always complimented on how well she was cared for and that the staff always treated her with both dignity and respect at all times. Our family is grateful to the Trinity Elms family.

Mom just passed away after almost 6 years at Trinity Elms. I cannot say enough about the caring staff and the staffs ability to adjust to mom’s changing needs. Tess, the administrator was so kind and competent. Abbie, the nurse works hard to assure her staff provides competent care. There are enough activities for those who want to participate. Just a wonderful place. Also, Stephanie, the Physician Assistant who worked with mom for her medical needs was great. Also they worked very well with hospice when the time was appropriate. They all worked well as a team.
