Barbara D. I am a resident of Trinity View from Ocean County, NJ. My family and college friends are reacting to my life at Trinity View: “You made the right move!”. The wooded nest of faith I’m in with Spiritual Enrichment on site, my church close by and activities at a Lutheran Camp between is the perfect place for me. Trinity View welcomes all and is a small community, self-contained in one building with very friendly residents from interesting lives and a wonderful supportive staff. We are fortunate to be here with an Executive Director who is exceptionally qualified at every level, has a caring personality and strives daily to improve our lives. I now serve as secretary of our Residents’ Council, sing in the chorus, help in the Garden Club and enjoy trips to sights and events arranged by Trinity View. Being able to participate is a huge plus for me! I play cards with friends, have used the in-house therapy to improve my balance and got my hair cut today, upstairs in the salon. This afternoon I’ll be joining our bus trip to visit a chocolate factory in Asheville. I loved our trip up to the Mt. Pisgah Inn for lunch amid incredible views. We’ve had exciting excursions to enjoy world renowned stars of entertainment, Ian Mulder (pianist), ABBA, and a more local Scottish bagpipers band. Also nearby theater productions are so much fun. A regular stream of talented musicians perform for us weekly right here. I find it hard to believe I wii be 89 in April! What joy to live in such a supportive environment at this time in my life! I’m so glad I came!

Trinity View has truly made such a difference for my mom, and I want to take a moment to thank the two amazing women on second shift — Jayde and Tamika. I saw someone mention them before but called them a black girl and a larger girl with brown hair but they have names and you don’t know what they are going through and how hard they are working and I just want to say how much they deserve to be recognized. These two are always working, constantly pulling double shifts, and still manage to show up every day with such kindness, patience, and heart. The way they talk to my mom, the care they show, and the energy they bring means more than words can say. You can tell they genuinely care about the people they help. Thank you, Jayde and Tamika, for going above and beyond — you make a real difference and we appreciate you so much.

So I am a sitter for a resident on the 2nd floor and for the most part the staff have been good but the evening staff is very rude! Well let me be more specific there are 2 girls, one is a colored girl with braids that have light blue tips and the other one is a larger white girl with brown hair. The white girl yelled at one of the residents today over her walker and anytime my client has called someone in her room and it's one of them 2, they are huffing with an attitude. The colored girl came in today on her phone, very unprofessional! Do better!!

Would not recommend sending any loved ones here. The staff has always been unprofessional during all of my interactions with them over the phone. I am not sure why they seem to only have one person available to drive residents to and from their appointments, leaving them to wait up to 2 hours or more for them to come back to pick them up. Doesn’t seem as if they care about their residents or even care enough to present themselves professionally.

I love having my mom so close by at Trinity View - the staff are kind, thoughtful and compassionate in every way, every day. I couldn't ask for better or kinder help in caring for my mom! Every staff member I've encountered in the years she's been here has been generous with their time and patience in meeting the needs of the residents and their families.
