Never had a problem with management beside them putting me in apartment that has roaches and they never told me , I never experienced this, if u move here make sure u tell them to let u know if neighbors got bugs or etc my only problem ! So watch where they put to live !!

Haven’t even lived there but the experience I got from just calling made my decision for me the woman who answered screamed in my ear cause she couldn’t hear me then when I ask to speak someone else I got hung up on then she couldn’t find my file and got mad she couldn’t spell my name then proceeded to scream once again cause she couldn’t hear me spelling my name but it’s just like most places in Racine money hungry and rude

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! The grounds are not kept clean. The staff will try to bully you and find any excuse to enter your apartment. I was supposed to have handicap parking installed and it never got put in until almost 2 months later when I put in a notice to vacate. The basements flood. There is a bed bug outbreak. When I went on vacation I came back home to find my apartment had been ransacked by the landlords without notice. Even though they are subsidized they tried to raise my rent to market rent once we started having disagreements. This place even has mice. Not worth it. When it snows you have to move your vehicle to the south side of the parking lot by 7 and the north side by 10 even if it only snows an inch. AGAIN DO NOT MOVE HERE!!
