I have been here since July, and I am very happy here. Everyone acknowledges you by name, they legitimately care for you and it shows. I love the fact that I don’t have to rack my brain trying to figure out what I was going to make for my meals and the food is very good.

I am so grateful for the amazing care my aunt receives at Valencia at Cottonwood Heights. Jen and her team treat her like family—with genuine kindness, respect, and compassion. They truly understand her needs, keep her engaged in meaningful activities, and most importantly, they respect her wishes and value her opinions. The housekeeper and CNAs are especially wonderful—so caring and thoughtful every single day. She loves the staff and proudly calls Valencia her home. It’s incredibly reassuring to know she’s in such loving and capable hands. Thank you, Valencia!

My great-aunt has been living at Valencia at Cottonwood Heights, and I cannot say enough about the wonderful care she receives. Jen and her team are some of the most caring people we’ve ever met—they treat her like family, not just a resident. They are attentive to her needs, always making sure she is comfortable, engaged, and well cared for. They even celebrate her little milestones and keep us updated so we always feel connected. It gives our family such peace of mind knowing she’s safe, respected, and genuinely loved. My Father waqs lucky enough to spend his last weeks at Valencia and I honestly wish we'd made the move a lot sooner. First, the staff AND management are amazng. Empathetic, kind and always willing to help. Then you meet the nursing staff and you know for sure angles walk in those halls. Finally the hospice care team was always there as well, every step of the way, even delivering Fathers Day gifts after my Father's Passing. If I could leave 10 stars AND a top I would, these people, this facility, the medical staff , the community director and facility management- all truly amazing kind and loving - I feel lucky to have them help me through the worst.
