Turning Brook

Was told there are available rooms they came and did an assessment with my family member needing a place to live. We have called every day since the assessment to try and find out the outcome and if we can move forward with the process and the lady(not naming names) that is in charge of that is never available and hasn’t returned any of our messages. Not impressed.

The staff is caring and friendly while still being hard working. There is lots of fun activities and events for the residents. The food is always good.

What makes Turning Brook different and special? The love and warmth you feel when you walk in the doors. The 24 hour around the clock, compassionate and caring staff. The hominess of the apartments. The great home cooked meals. The beauty and cleanliness of the entire facility. RN on staff. Daily agenda of fun activities. In house worship services. Need I say more. Best of the best.

Turning Brook is your home away from home. The staff are wonderful, administrators kind and caring, and the residents are the number one priority here. Staff and DCWs will go above and beyond to help their residents and care for them. Care for the residents ranges from answering their call lights to helping them with whatever their needs may be (i.e bathroom assistance, answering questions, maintaining a clean environment for them, etc). All in all, Turning Brook is an amazing, safe, and trused care home for all people.

Our Mom has lived at Turning Brook for 13 months. What an answer to our prayers! The staff is so kind, professional, and attentive to all our Mom's and our concerns and needs. The special entertainment, speakers and events are just awesome and so appreciated. Keep doing what you are doing! Thanks for being there!
