I have taken care of a few different patients in this facility and the care has always been top notch. The caregivers show compassion and kindness. The administrator kindra is easy to work with, pleasant, and always on top of things. I appreciate the care they give to my patients and would recommend them to anyone looking for an assisted living for their family.

After staying at a different facility where my mother was extremely unhappy we were a bit apprehensive as well as untrusting of truly any facility. We decided to give Turtle and Crane a shot. From the moment my mother arrived she was relaxed, comfortable and well cared for. The staff are second to none and treated my mother like family. Special shout out to Tess and Breanne (Bre). Kindra and Amy are also wonderful along with everyone there. My mom loved the people there and I would recommend this place to anyone who wants an intimate family type setting along with staff who are well trained and give specialized care to each individual. Thank you turtle and crane for loving my mother as your own. We are so grateful my mother’s last days were in such loving care. Love you guys

I recently visited a friend who is one of their residents. She said that she’s happy living here and that it feels as close to being at her own home as you can get. Her room and the common areas were clean and orderly. The staff was courteous, attentive, and eager to lend a helping hand. The other residents appeared healthy and happy as well. I was very pleased with my visit. Thanks for taking such amazing care of her!

We had our Dad in there for 3 1/2 months. In the beginning, everything seemed fine. But, as time went on, he wasn’t receiving the care he deserved. We blame this on lack of employees and lack of caring for the patients. Several times we were disappointed regarding the lack of care he was getting. They couldn’t even bring him the one thing he loved most, a cup of coffee, knowing he was totally blind and could not find his way into the dining area. It was very sad to see 2 employees working the day shift and trying to care for the patients , cook their meals and do the housekeeping. We honestly feel they need to focus on having the CNA’s care for the patients, hire cooks to prepare the meals, and housekeepers to do the cleaning. Thank God we had a family member over there everyday to help our Dad out. Other patients aren’t so lucky. The Family of William T Keele

I moved my mom into the Memory Care facility at the beginning of this year. I have had mostly positive experiences dealing with the staff. My mom has been so happy here. In the last place she was living, she would always ask me when she could go home. It broke my heart. She does not do that anymore. She did ask me how long she would be staying here. When I told here this is where she lives now, she was ok with that. She is always hugging staff and is so happy to see them. I have been very happy with the care she is getting.
