TUSCAN HILLS SENIOR LIVING

I recently got to tour this facility and saw how beautiful and welcoming everyone was. There is so much activities and free time for the seniors enjoy their time living at Tuscan hills. We had an excellent guide her name was Azalia and she was so kind, patient, answered all our questions and even had special bonds with all of the seniors we came across which puts your mind at ease knowing your family member will be in great hands with all of Tuscan hills employees. I got to tour a few facilities in Escondido area for my great aunt and by far Tuscan hills was the most impressive and beautiful!

My cousin and I recently toured the community and we were helped by Azalia. I had such a great experience. From the moment we walked in, she was incredibly kind, welcoming, and easy to talk to. The facility itself is brand new, extremely clean, and even smells great, which really stood out to me. We’ve gone on other tours and the facilities sometimes tend to have an odor. I had a lot of questions about how the different levels of care work, and Azalia was so knowledgeable and patient in explaining everything. You can really tell she cares about the residents and understands their needs. The staff we saw were friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring toward the residents. After the tour, I honestly fell in love with the idea of moving my aunt here when she comes to California. It gave me a lot of peace of mind knowing she would be in such a welcoming and well-run environment.

We moved my dad in back at the beginning of December. This place has been nothing short of exceptional! They have done more for my dad in the last 2 months than the last place did in 3 years. My dad’s mental health is improving dramatically. They have a staff that really cares for the residents, from the care givers, to dining, activities, all wonderfully attentive and friendly. The Executive Director is actively involved in the day to day operations and it shows. Can’t say enough wonderful things about Tuscan Hills!

We would highly recommend Tuscan Hills Senior Living in Escondido- known to the Spanish community as the hidden Valley. Look no more…A Beautiful three story building facing Northwest, overlooking the mountains in almost all directions. With a view from two balconies of some beautiful sunsets! My husband and I watched Tuscan Hills being built from the ground up. During our walks we would pass by and I thought what a beautiful place it will be. A wonderful view for those who would reside there. Then the day came in early 2024, that we had to start making hard decisions. I began the stressful task of researching of living facilities. We wanted a place for my brother, who has Dementia and elderly mom.. but not knowing when or where to move them. There were waiting lists up to a year at all the places we liked. But, we knew a move was necessary for both of them soon. We decided to take a chance and schedule an appointment at Tuscan Hills. I’m so glad we did!! It met our needs, walking distance from our home, beautiful views, and a well thought out floor plan. We were sold and placed a deposit down on one apt for my mom and MC bedroom for my brother. For me, all my prayers and tears were answered on that very day! It was time and my mom knew it too. So many fun activities. And the parties from open house, holidays to an Italian dinner under the stars! So fun, always beautifully decorated and food was delicious! What a great team they have hired! The entire management team of directors and staff working for them, are amazing! My brother moved in and adjusted beautifully. I am thrilled to see and hear how well he’s doing! Making new friends, participating in activities and helping when they ask him! Our mom moved in, made new friends, likes the staff and having fun! We are so happy to them so close, less worry and making new holiday memories together as a family!

I was invited to have dinner tonight at Tuscan Hills. When I walked into the dining room, I was transformed into an Italian villa, the atmosphere was welcoming and warm and the food was delicious. I sipped red wine and relaxed into a wonderful conversation with the residents. Everyone was so friendly. My server was on top of it and did an amazing job. Overall my experience was a 10 out of 10.
