Twelve Oaks

Twelve Oaks Assisted Living Facility provided exceptional care for my mother when she was evacuated during Hurricane Helene. The staff went above and beyond to ensure she felt safe, comfortable and cared for during a challenging time. Their attentiveness, kindness, and professionalism created a sense of home for her, even in the midst of uncertainty. The facility's dedication to the residents' well-being left a lasting impression and gave our family immense peace of mind.

My husband's mother has Alzheimer's/Dementia and we needed more help than the two of us could give her. We chose Twelve Oaks (The Memory Care Unit) and we're so glad we did. The staff are very nice and look after her well. They have implemented several security measures for the residents safety, which eased our minds greatly. Most residents have a roommate (also have private rooms) and their bedroom is spacious with an adjoining bathroom. Twelve Oaks lets their residents remain as independent as possible within a secure unit. They have an activities director who plans all sorts of fun things for them to interact with in a big activities room (finger painting, birthday parties, playing easy games, music, etc). Twelve Oaks also has a large dining room where they are fed together, and the staff help feed those who are unable to feed themselves. Twelve Oaks has a shower schedule for each resident, and they also have a in-house area for the residents to go get a haircut. We're happy we chose Twelve Oaks because mom gets the additional care she needs. She's safe, clean, fed, and looked after. All of the staff are friendly and keep you informed throughout your loved ones stay.

My mother received care there until her condition worsened to the point she had to have around the clock skilled nursing care. The administration and staff were great and very helpful. The facility was very nice inside and out. They offer lots of activities for the residents. I was very satisfied with the care my mother received while there. I only wish her physical and mental health had allowed her to be there longer.

This facility is very accommodating to the elderly. The level of care is what is desired and beyond. The staff have a very caring nature and the administration (Penny) is of the highest quality. The facility is clean and well kept. All of which is conducive to a very comfortable environment for our loved ones. I would highly recommend Twelve Oaks to anyone !

Well maintained, hard working caring staff, My Loved one is finally receiving the care they would not allow at home. Meals are healthy, baths are regular, medication is taken, sickness is seen to. I don't have to worry about them harming themselves or someone else. The staff cares for the residents and their needs are met. My loved one is encouraged to join in the many activities and it keeps them busy. I would recommend Twelve Oaks.
