As a resident at Kennedy Skilled Nursing Facility, I was introduced to Abdullah and Jeff, owners of A Better Solution by our social worker. They have streamlined my journey as I’ve been working to go home. They have provided me a wheelchair after the facility wheelchair vanished. They helped me to get my LTC insurance policy unlocked. They visited me when I had to go to the hospital. Abdullah has made arrangements to rent a Hoya lift for my assisted living place. He also has been interviewing potential caregivers for my home. No detail too minor. Excellent communication skills!

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!! I have worked in the aging field, including in home care, for over 15 years and I have never dealt with an agency that was as bad as this. I am a Licensed Professional Fiduciary and and Power of Attorney for my client who is 80 years old. She was connected to this agency during a discharge from a SNF. She was overmedicated, confused and vulnerable. Once I found out they were involved in her care, I asked to see the care agreement and the invoices. They refused to acknowledge my authority as POA. I had to get the Franchisee's owner, Lia Smith, involved. They finally sent me the care agreement and a ledger of the payments made. I have been fighting with them since April to send me the invoices so I can have her Long-Term Care Insurance reimburse her. They won't answer my calls or emails. Lia Smith was also no help at all because she claims she has no control over her Franchisees. Adullah and Jeffrey are absolutely preying on older adults who are vulnerable! Horrible people!

A better solution in home care is an exceptional company! Their morals are righteous and ideal. Very wholesome work.
