Twin Lake Assisted Living

My mother in law lived here for the last 2 years of her life. I’m convinced that if she hadn’t been with Lynn and Erica, she wouldn’t have survived as long as she did. They cared for her just like she was family and they became family to us. I tell everyone how much I love this place. I joke that I want them to take care of me when I get older. If you want a family home environment for your loved one, this is the place to go. I’m a big fan of theirs and a huge supporter!

Best assisted living facility in the area!! My Grandmother (who had Dementia/Alzheimer’s) needed full time help and really enjoyed it here. She loved the homemade cooking, daily activities, animals, bird watching, etc.. The setting is not your ordinary assisted living, but a beautiful home that the owners have made unique especially for their residents. The owners and staff are very informative, honest and easy to work with. Great communication! It was good knowing she always had someone there to be with her, help her and hold her hand, even through her last breaths. Thank you Twin Lake Assisted Living for all you do for these special people!

Lynn and Shayne Vanblaren's Twin Lake Assisted Living has been a God send to my Mother and I would recommend it to anyone! It is for ladies, there is a long list of people wanting to place their loved ones in this cozy family setting. I appreciate the wonderful love and care they give! My Mom even found a new best friend there.

I am so pleased with the staff at TLAL. Lynn was so professional and caring. You can tell that Lynn and her husband and the Staff really do care about their guests and want to give them a wonderful place to live. You can just tell by the other residents that they just adore everyone there and are genuinely happy. I highly recommend Lynn and Shane and their staff to care for my loved ones. Keep up the excellent service.

We had to place our aunt into an assisted living home as she was struggling to live by herself anymore. She has middle stages of dementia and was diagnosed with an aggressive cancer that was going to get worse over a short period of time. We researched several places and are so thankful & grateful that they just had an opening here to take her in. They take good care of her needs, keep us posted on how things are going and work well with our family and her court appointed agency to coordinate doctor appointments, needs, visits & outings. We love that they have regular weekly activities & include the residents when doing little projects around the property like planting flowers, decorating their living spaces and meal ideas. I highly recommend this home as an option if you are faced with having to have a loved one placed into assisted living. It was also important to us that they would keep our aunt there through her end of life care.
