My father briefly was at the location and I would visit often ever other day and I would change times I would go and bring my father food and feed him because he had trouble feeding him self which I said something about it and I was told on several occasions that they check the residents every 15 minutes and make sure they are ok but that wouldn’t be the case if my father keep failing to the point he had stitches in his head and a black eye and bruised face and down his leg so just remember just because you pay more and the place is nice looking doesn’t mean you get better service so keep your extra money and pay for someone to sit with your love one at one time this was a nice place many years ago when they wasn’t so big

The management staff needs to be more racially diverse.

My mother attended the Harbor program at Twin Lakes twice a week for approximately a year after she was diagnosed with dementia. It is obvious that Karen the director and the rest of the staff care deeply for their clients. My mother finally reached a point that she was not able to attend but my family will always be grateful for the care and support she received.
