Ultimate Home Care

I’ve been with this company for a little over a year now, and it’s been one of the best work experiences I’ve ever had. My supervisor and my boss are genuinely supportive, easy to talk to, and always willing to help when I need something. Every home I’ve worked in has been clean, organized, and well prepared, which makes my job smoother and less stressful. My pay is always on time, and on the rare occasion I’ve had a question or needed something corrected, it was handled right away with zero hassle. It’s rare to find a workplace that values both its clients and its employees the way this company does. Overall, I’m grateful to work here. They treat people right, they communicate well, and they make it easy to feel proud of the work I do.

We tried to convince dad to move into a home, but he was stubborn to say the least. We called and met with a few companies and were not too excited with them. We asked specific questions, and most of them didn't seem to know how their caregivers would handle specific situations with my dad being on the difficult side.. Gave odd generic responses that didn't fit.. When we met with this company; I didnt even have to ask.. Kayla began engaging with dad while he was having a confused fit. turned his mood right around!. I was able to have a conversation with shari, and kayla without being as stressed. I knew within minutes these were the right people. We always had such a hard time getting dad to do anything.. These girls came in and just clicked with him so quick, they got him on a schedule which helped his behavior at night. (I had been trying for ages!) Lifted a huge weight off my shoulders. The girls showed so much compassion.. Dad loved both of the caregivers greatly..

This company has helped us in so many way. Husband on hospice I couldn't care 4 him alone! This company doesn't take deposit like the other company we tried.This place worked with us I called manager crying at 3 in the morning stressed! she came herself to help change and settle husband! Wonderful wonderful people!!!

My family had to make the hard decision, that my husband needed more care. he had his heart set on staying at home. We tried a couple different companies, and had some very unfortunate situations. we almost gave up.. This company changed all of our opinions on in home care. They made sure all of his needs where met, and went above and beyond to give him quality of life. Kayla took all of my late night calls, made many last minute arrangements for us. as he began to decline and needed to be on hospice she came over daily to check in and help support the caregiver. Which helped me a ton, as I was a mess. she would bring me a coffee and sit and chat with me. I could really tell these girls put their heart into their job.. God sent these people to us.

Home Care Associates was a godsend when our family member needed full time care. Cheri and her team of amazing caregivers worked with us to find a schedule that worked (both in terms of our needs and our wallet) and they were so dedicated to finding the RIGHT caregivers to put on rotation. The fact that they cared about scheduling the best personalities and strengths of the caregiver for our loved one was truly a loving gift and gave our family member a high quality of life until the very end. We are grateful.
