Dr. Rungta is very unprofessional. He kept asking me if I do substances, which I never have and they could have checked my labs (I gave blood and urine tests). I seen him twice when I was there, and he asked me that at least 4 times. After I got home yesterday, it shows on my paperwork that I have a past history of substance abuse, which isn’t true. Dr. Al-Saidi is pretty nice, but it just seems like they lack communication there. I was originally told I was going to be discharged Wednesday morning, but he changed it to Thursday, then Saturday. I see Dr. Swaggerty there, and they acted like they didn’t know who she was every time I mentioned her.

Absolutely love Dr. Al Saidi and the entire staff. I have been seeing Dr. Al Saidi for over 20 years. He has saved my life many times. He is family to me. I will follow him wherever he goes. All the staff, especially Joey, knows all about my kids and family and always inquire about them. It is a real joy going in for appointments. Great, caring people!!!

I am a former client of Stacy Schaufele. I would highly recommend staying away from here, at least, from her. She terminated me after being a very long-term client with an emailed form letter & zero explanation, while I was in crisis. She is unprofessional, she crosses ethical boundaries, shares your information without your consent, and then makes arbitrary decisions on termination. Upon reflection, I see the damage she has caused me in our time and how her complete disregard for my welfare prior to termination has done significant harm. Then, I’m told that they followed “policy” and I would get no explanation. Please, if you need help, consider somewhere else.

Took my sister to the er last month for health issues and to get rehab. They ran test found “something” in her heart and lungs” they put her in the behavioral center. Never looked more into it or ran more test. Was told the cardiologist was gonna see her one of the nights or the next morning. She got discharged and I picked her up and turned her into the cops bc she wanted help. She fell off the top bunk in jail, busted her chin open, they found a mass in her lungs and something in her brain. HORRIBLE STAFF as well. Joyce and Sara were making fun of her and mimicking her. When she got up or was walking. And made very rude comments. And even had the other patients laughing at her when they walked past her in the hall. Worst experience of my life.

Absolutely hands down the best psychiatry office I have ever worked with! I’ve been seen here for a few years now and they have never let me down. A great big thank you and shout out for Joey, in the office he is a miracle worker. They really care about the well being of their patients! I could go on and on about the support they have given my family.
