I placed my Sister here April 2022 for skilled nursing home care. This is a 4 or 5 bedroom home. When we would go visit her the smell of cooking is in the entryway but once you get passed the entryway you smell and see patients crammed in the same room with each other. My sister has always required pain patches on both knees but we would go visit and only one knee would have a patch on. My Sister required eye medication two times a day and she did not get her eye medications as prescribed. When I went to visit initially she was undressed in the bathroom alone. I let that go. I’d actually forgotten about her brief stay here until recently I am reminded!! I would visit your loved one often if you care about them. The “ aids” were very nice and I liked the smell of cooking to cover up the smell of urine and diapers!
