Unified Hearts Home Care has been a blessing to my family. My grandmothers health was failing in the hospital after a terrible fall. She was put into comfort care and not expected to wake up. I was informed unexpectedly one morning that I would need to have my grandmother moved out of the hospital; and a case worker gave me a few options to look into. I was most intrigued with how comforting and beautiful the pictures of the home at Unified Hearts were. I called Lina the woman that’s runs the home and she got everything set up quickly and smoothly for me. It was a very emotional, stressful time and she took care of everything. Once grandma was settled in Lina sent me a message and said you don’t have to worry she is our grandma now too. Her and her staff have truly taken care of my grandma as if she were one of their own family members, it has meant more to me than I can express. They have cared for her so well and to my surprise she woke up. I was able to have some special moments and talk to her again and be ensured that she was not in any pain or having any suffering. All the staff is incredibly compassionate and supportive. I’ve been able to breathe again knowing that she had been looked after 24/7 with love and compassion.
