Receptionist rude, put out for a shift with no super, don, scheduler even in the building to approve. I was told “i don’t know what to tell you” all these nursing home staff are just so sorry, the management, and nurses too.

Excellent facility! Feels like you're staying in a very nice hotel on vacation as opposed to a nursing home. Glenna was our contact and she was absolutely amazing! Very personal, very professional. Passionate about her job and also compassionate. 10/10 experience!

My gather passed. They left him lying on the floor covered in a table cloth. I cleaned his bathroom weekly . The staff was minimal and ignored him. If it weren't forbyhe maintenance non he would have no assistance. Management was horrible. They ignored the residents. Time to sue.

My family member needed care beyond what she and her family could provide due to her Alzheimer’s diagnosis. University Senior Living provides an environment where her daily disposition, social and hygiene habits improved due to the attention and care she receives there. The programs and activities she participates in, plus the consistent nutrition, sleep, social interaction and medication management she receives has greatly enhanced her life. We are very happy with University Senior Living and are very glad they are part of the Ann Arbor community.

What a wonderful community. The staff and residents are so warm and friendly. They make difficult conversations easy and you can feel the genuine affection they have for wanting to care for your loved one. I got to sit in on a bingo game with the residents and could not stop giggling. The young lady calling the numbers made it engaging and the residents played right along. Everyone one was having a good time. They even have beautiful birds on display and residents have pets to warm your heart. It gives me comfort knowing this is a safe, happy and engaging community.
