Very sad place but at least the people have somewhere to go to call home

My aunt lives there and her apartment is infested with roaches

This is the Jackson In ferry manor and just want to leave a wonderful review that maintenance guy Ephraim and very manner property support Miss Santiago in the ferryman office have been absolutely incredible and assisting residents here. Ever since they put her office downstairs not long ago, she has been up on everything and going above and beyond and even working hours that she supposed to be going home to help assistance with our needs. We are glad to have them here and we appreciate them

There are some excellent aspects to this building like the affordability it offers seniors and the layout is somewhat advantageous as well. However the rodents are running all over and it's an issue I wish they attend to immediately

I love the way Tina treats people, she's goes out of her way to help anyone. She is respectful and speaks Spanish and when I'm not there to assist my mom she makes sure she is ok. Best thing Ferry Manor did was bring her to assist with the elderly people who lives in this building Ferry Manor she's a keeper.
