VACA VALLEY LIVING A MEMORY CARE COMMUNITY

This is a wonderful Memory Care Facility for my grandma to be in. Everyone that works here is so kind. Nicole is absolutely the best! I also love their posts on social media, it keeps me feeling involved with my loved one. My grandma is very happy at this facility. I can't recommend them enough!!

The executive staff at Vaca Valley was extreamly helpful with the resistration process and helping with every step along the way in transitioning out father from independent living to Vaca Valley Memory Care. Once placed, the staff has been patient and kind as we have observed first hand visiting our Dad. His health has improved dramatically after settling in for the past few months. Many thanks! It takes very special people to take care of people with Dementia day in and out. Nichole and staff always so positive. Peace of mind knowing your loved ones are well taken care of. My Dad has been there for the last 6 months, Literally his caregiver at home was starving him. Thank the lord we found Vacaville living when we did. He eats well and is doing so much better.Thanks to the wonderful team there.

I am a caregiver for a friend who has been a resident with VVL for 6 months, and was previously in Assisted Living. We have gone through memory changes, with some sad issues where my friend was agitated and self harming. Through it all, the staff (admin, nursing, aides, support personnel as well as doc at KP) was supportive of me and my friend as her meds were adjusted. Staff never complained, but were quick to inform me of issues, so we could work through what was best for her. I know the change to VVL memory care is the perfect fit for me and my friend. I am so glad I took a tour and met with staff when the decision for me care was needed.

My Mom has been at Vaca Valley living for several months now. Getting her in was a bit of a nightmare dealing with Kaiser doctors, but Nicole helped my brother and I every step of the way possible. My Mom went from being a bit of a hermit to now enjoying activities with her fellow house mates and the staff. I believe they’ve gone through some short staffing issues, but have been working through it and hiring more employees to assist. The facilities are newer, well kept and the food is served with love and care. My Mom, brother, and I toured facilities in both Vacaville and Fairfield and this one by far is the best. I am very happy and relieved to have found Vaca Valley Living for my Mom and that she feels safe and happy.
