We couldn’t be happier with our experience at Paramount House Senior Living. From the very first tour, we could tell it was a warm and friendly place. The staff is amazing—super professional, caring, and just genuinely kind to everyone. There’s always something fun going on, which keeps things lively and helps everyone stay active. The whole place is clean, cozy, and really feels like home. But most importantly, it gives us real peace of mind knowing our loved one is in great hands—safe, happy, and well cared for. We’d absolutely recommend Paramount House to anyone looking for a senior living community that really feels like family.

Not only does Paramount House have a great location, it has an amazing staff of people that really show care for the residents. Every time I step into the building, I see different staff from all departments assisting people with their lunch, playing some sort of activity, speaking to families. or even just being a good companion. I can see how hard Soni, Liz, Bneeisha and everyone at Paramount House work to cater to all the residents’ needs AND make sure this place feels like home.

I recently visited Paramount House with my dad to explore potential living options. I was thoroughly impressed by the staff. Everyone we encountered was kind, attentive, and clearly passionate about providing a high-quality living experience for residents. The community itself was beautifully maintained, with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The residents seemed happy and engaged, and the range of activities and amenities offered was impressive. I highly recommend Paramount House to anyone considering assisted living options for themselves or a loved one.

My mom has been living at Paramount now for nearly four months, and hasn't been this happy in years. She had been living alone in her home getting home care three times a week, but at 92, it was time to move her to a more stable environment. Since she didn't want to move to Oregon where my wife and I live, we were very lucky to find her a spot at Paramount House. She is stubborn, and did not want to move into a "home", but once we took her in showed her around and met the staff she relented, and now she has no desire to go back to the house. I don't understand the negative reviews. Perhaps there was a staffing change because the staff is great, and mom loves it there. Jon the fellow who gave us the tour was a gem. He and one of the maintenance staff Larry, talked with her at length, listening to her stories and addressing her concerns (see pics I took). One of my showstoppers is lack of cleanliness, especially the smell of urine. The facility has always been clean, with no bad smells. The rooms are huge and modern. Mom can't remember how to operate a phone, so I can call and they will take the phone to her. The food can be a little bland I guess, but as seniors, I'm guessing spicier food might be problematic. All in all, mom is happy so I am too.
