VALLEY ROYALE HOME CARE

After a miserable two days speaking to terrible after terrible Memory Care homes, I finally came across Valley Royale. They were a breath of fresh air! I spoke with Connie, who was kind, knowledgeable, and very transparent. Pricing ranges were clearly given up front, and they are very fair and reasonable. They don't nickel and dime their Residents and are TRULY "all inclusive." Connie spoke so kindly about her Residents, and was clearly proud to provide wonderful services with transparent and consistent pricing. Furthermore, Connie shared that the price agreed upon at the start of placement is the price that remains for the entirety of the Resident's stay (aside from a very reasonable "add on" range which is dependent on Level of Care, but this range is also set for the duration of stay, so you can know what to except as your loved one requires more care). Connie shared about the Residents' day to days, highlighting the excellent care provided (laundry twice per day, showering and freshening up twice per day, etc.). They have a 1:3 Staff to Resident ratio, which is excellent and rare to find. Valley Royale is a rare find among so many predatory and unethical Memory Care homes. Don't pass this place up if you are looking for solid, fairly priced care for your loved one.
