Impossible to reach over the phone, called every number and just cannot get through to anybody. I cant imagine not being able to contact the staff when I have family over there. Its such a simple thing to fix but they havent done anything about it for a long time

Van Vista is not typically in many people’s idea of where they expect to be for our “golden years” I don’t think. That being said, It is a good, clean, decent respectful place to be, also comfortable as well. I like it here. With no family around, it has been a great place to go once my Mama passed away.
