I seen the pictures. I’ve talked to big guy and I’m praying to God after I fill out the application and get to move in there and live in the same place that my grandfather lived in Clarence Landrum. It’s a very nice place very clean and very respectful and I would love living there.

Updating, while it's a very safe, clean community, I'm getting evicted. Not much bad to say about here! It is a very safe, clean, well maintained dwelling. 380 sq feet units too small for king sized bed. The only real issue is the super loud fire alarm. Maintenance inspection of apartment units. Smoke free distance of 25 feet from building. No obvious drinking in the open allowed, including bagged covered beer. - I'm getting evicted because I had a pending felony case from another county. Although totally dismissed, without prejudice, even the arresting warrant recalled, they call it criminal activity...although it's in another county! Oh yea, if they want you out, you're out! Possibly other unmentioned reasons... Maybe megaphone blasting my ex gf? They didn't name criminal activity. Yet, I was arrested same day as another tenant our cases in neighboring county. It's just what I assumed may not be the reason. They're informed me Eviction was supposed to be dismissed, but I'm viewing it, it's still open. They're clever... Monday ,there could be a immediate possession, 2 days Sheriff service with 48 hour vacate. A month in all, or 2:months time of your fighting like I am. But, as I'm thinking, why am I fighting to stay, when they don't want me here? Perhaps my eviction isn't about what I assumed? Still, it's that they don't want me here. Why fight to stay somewhere they don't want you? 3:more business days until the next Monday ruling order .. courts, judges, bailiffs, clerks, don't advice... Certain housing staff are also very clever ...Ivecwalked out of the courthouse with plaintiff, without seeing the judge, and I wonder why the case is still open. Smh... I could be mad, or realize housing don't want me here...

Had to move my Aunt out due to health. While moving nothing but rodent feces everywhere. Closets pantries kitchen bed And something made everything stick to the shelves

Do not move here! You will regret it. Bedbugs everywhere even in the kitchen area. Nurse just told me I would starve if I needed them to bring my food to my room since I have stage 4 stomach cancer.they take extra money from your checking account so you better pay by money order. They did it to me twice and sent my account into overdraft January and February. Uncaring staff and people are scared to say anything for fear of losing their eor being evicted.ive been threatened when their was no heat,talked about,ignored,meal items are miss almost every meal, won't modify meals for you. Only thing they will do is keep you full of medicine. And weirdly they only allowed to take 733$a month but they are getting 748$ from me???

Oche , as long as there is heat when it is freezing outside and the drains aren't plugged inside. Other than those two things, liveable.
