Staff are very nice, but food is horrible. You have to wait too long for help. This AM pressed call button to use bathroom. CNA finally came in at ten to seven. I almost peed in my pants! Then left me and I pulled call chain. Sat on toilet seat for 15 minutes before 2 CNA's came back. Like I said, the staff are for the most part very nice, but the place is woefully understaffed. The nurses, CNA's, other staff are ALL very kind and caring, and I admire all of them for staying so kind and caring while trying to provide top notch care while struggling with more patients and less staff. Hey, whoever you are who own the BSJ nursing home franchise, open your pockets for more staff and some decent food because it is crap! Kudos, though; your staff are fantastic; how about giving them a substantial raise? You do not know how lucky you are to have them! Despite this, though, would not recommend this facility , because of staffing shortages and pretty icky food. Thank you for letting me freely express myself. Have a good day.

An excellent facility with caring staff. My grandparents were cared for very well here.
