Upon my parents' initial arrival, there were two activity coordinators assigned to engage the residents. However, both coordinators departed shortly after, along with some of the more competent staff members. The warning signs were there, in hindsight. If you enjoy poor communication with staff, liars, staff members that play on their phone and watch TV and nobody answering the phone, this is the perfect place for you. If you care about your loved one, this is not the place for them. If they live there, check on them daily if possible. Be an advocate!

Excellent caring staff, went above and beyond to ensure my mother was taken care of. This is the second Assisted Living facility my mother stayed at, wish we would have found this facility first. Facility is clean and cozy. Residents even were very friendly and happy. We appreciate everything Via Christie did for our mother.

The management and staff of Via Christe are AWESOME! They were very helpful in helping with transitioning our uncle into assisted living. They really do care about the residence that they serve. They are very proactive and keeping your family notified of any needs or changes with residence. I recommend everyone consider Via Christe when it comes to memory care assisted living for loved ones.

In July, 2019, we unfortunately had to find a place for my sister-in-law . We had placed her temporarily in a facility here in CT. She was not happy being in a “locked” ward. The search began to find her a “home”. We have a large extended family in Omaha and with family support found Via Christe. All of the staff are warm and inviting. As soon as we walked in, we knew it was going to be her home. It is a locked facility but she has the freedom to enjoy the whole place. She enjoys taking her meals in the dining room with her new friends and even attends daily Mass. She loves to walk and it has beautiful grounds. Their days are filled with activities. I highly recommend Via Christe as your loved one’s home away from home

I've been quite pleased with Via Christe since moving my parents to the 2nd floor (memory care) earlier this year. To my wife and me, the staff are polite and supportive. Whenever I speak with them they are courteous, friendly, and willing to provide requested information and answer my questions. During my video visits with my parents, they appear well and taken care of. The facility is not new but is visually attractive and clean. My parents seem to enjoy the meals that are served. I'm pleased with the encouragement offered to participate socially instead of remaining secluded in their room.
