Our mother has been at Via Elegante Sierra Vista Highlands for three months now, and the experience has been nothing short of wonderful. Finding a place that feels like a true home rather than an institution was our top priority, and this community has exceeded those expectations. We also appreciate the consistent communication we receive; the weekly updates and daily recaps on her activities keep us feeling connected to her care team. Whether it’s the engaging activities like "critter cuddles" or the timely administration of her medications, every detail is handled with heart. If you are looking for a place where your loved one will be treated with dignity and genuine care, I highly recommend Via Elegante.

What a team! Amy at the Highlands facility made the transfer process a pleasure, from the initial visit, lunch, tour of the facility to expediting the intake to receive Dad. On move in day, Espy made the transition a priority, courteous, respectful which helped make it a great day. Meeting everyone on staff, seeing the interaction with the care team, residents, outside providers, assisting each other, working collectively, It was nice to see. The facility is clean, good food, positive attitudes show. The chef accommodated Dads Gluten sensitivity. Nicole went the extra mile on dads first day to make him feel comfortable and welcome, it was well received. We know he is in great hands. This confirmed it was the right decision to come to Via Elegante. Thank you.

I am thankful that my mom landed at Via Elegante in Sierra Vista. My mom’s well being is a priority. The staff make it easier for me to manage my mom’s medical affairs. They are responsive & helpful. When comparing notes with friends who have parents in other assisted living facilities, Via Elegante consistently out performs.

I wanted to write a review about the care my mother received at Via Elegante in Sierra Vista Highlands. My mother has been a resident there twice. Once for about a year while she was getting back on her feet after a stroke while she was getting physical therapy from Trinity Visiting Nurse going to her there and helping her to succeed in walking again. Then she went back to Via Elegante on hospice with Casa De La Paz to spend her final days there. My mother always felt comfortable in Via Elegante Highlands and was well received. The staff were friendly, patient, caring, skilled and went out of their way to help in any way they could. Our family was always greeted with a smile and there was never a problem with communication. I would recommend Via Elegante in Sierra Vista to anyone who is looking for an assisted living facility.

Our mother has been residing at Via Elegante Assisted Living and Memory Care Highlands Community for the past 18 months. When the decision was made to move mom from a rehabilitation facility into a dementia and memory care assisted living facility our family researched the local assisted living facilities and decided on Via Elegante following a tour of the Highland community. Angela was extremely helpful in explaining the process and assisting us in this difficult decision. From the beginning we felt comfortable that this was the place for mom. We were 100% correct!! The exterior and interior of the community is well maintained, neat and clean. I visit mom often; the staff is always happy to see me and are very pleasant and professional. Often on my visits I will see Andy and Zach, they always have time to say hello and ask how things are going. It is very apparent that the owner is involved in the care of mom and the other residents. I have seen the staff and caregivers in action, they are friendly, attentive, caring, and they are willing to go the extra mile for their residents. No facility is perfect, but any time there is a minor issue, the entire staff gets involved to resolve that issue. They always listen and address our concerns quickly and efficiently. I like the communication between the staff and our family, the weekly emails to let us know how mom is doing, what supplies she needs and if there is anything we need to address. We also receive calls if there is something that needs our immediate attention. The communication makes us feel like we are part of the team. I appreciate the monthly activities schedule and weekly menu they provide; it helps us know what is happening. Mom loves singing time, Bingo and when they have critter cuddles. Before mom moved into Via Elegante, I would worry about her. Since she has become a resident my family and I do not worry as much, we have peace of mind knowing that mom is in a safe and caring environment.
