Wonderful staff, very caring, and many activities for the residents and their families Love them all! My mom has been at Via for just about a year, and I am so thankful for them in helping keep my mom healthy, happy and safe!

Very professional and empathetic staff. To be honest, I was JELOUS of the care mom was getting, food, medication, health treatment and medical professionals concerned on how to keep improving quality of life for every resident. Everyone was just like family from the staff to the residents, staff always courteous and inviting. Music, arts and crafts, a band that plays in one of the large rooms, electronic key codes for family that allows them to come into the facility at reasonable times and emergencies. I wish mom could of had more time here, she very much enjoyed everything about being there, her care, meals, new friends but more for the sense of professionalism and Trust, I was worried about. Thank You for all you have done for Mom and residents! I'll recommend Via Elegante to anyone and everyone I know.

My mom has been at Via Elegante Canyons for nearly two years. I cannot speak to the other facilities but Canyons has been a very positive experience for us. We tried for seven months to care for her at home following a stroke but it became clear that she needed more care than we could provide at home. Their staff has been amazing! I feel the staff sincerely care for the residents there. There was one time that she had issue with one care staff member and the administrators were quick to respond and assist us in resolving the situation. Our family has come to really rely on Via Elegante to help make the most of the remaining years of my mom’s life. We highly recommend this care home.

My mom has been well cared for. I have nothing but good to say about this home my mom lives in. The staff go above and beyond to care for her. The staff listens to us as a family. Assuring our wishes are fallowed through with. During the recent wild fire they were well prepared for evacuation. Planned evacuation program already set. They moved quickly to pack my mom a few items. In the need she would need to be temporarily or permanently relocated. They kept our mom calm and relaxed with their professionalism. Mom said everyone was calm during the wild fires. I highly recommend Via Elegante on Ramsey Rd. Hereford Arizona.

It started with a tour of the facility for my Mama. Right from the start, Via Elegante was clean, felt like a real home(not a care center), and our guide addressed residents by their names. Mama stayed at Via Elegante for 3 1/2yrs before her passing in 2022 from Alzheimer’s disease. The staff there are amazing, making sure all residents needs are met, friendly staff members to everyone that walks through the door. I was pretty amazed on how the staff treated my Mama. “No hospital” smell. They have activities there for the residents, like Bingo, singing, crafts, etc. We became a part of there “family” and felt the love they have for the residents and families. I highly recommend Via Elegante as the place to have your loved one live in their time of need and through the rest of there lives
