I just looked at the web site and selected the contact link. The message said "fill out the form below" but there is no form below. No a very good recommendation for this place.

I was really disappointed with the level of service at the front desk.The receptionist who wears glasses barely acknowledged me when I arrived and didn’t say a single word throughout the check-in process.No greeting, no smile,no basic courtesy - just silence while tapping away on the computer.It was an incredibly awkward experience.A front desk is supposed to set the tone for your entire visit, and this one made me feel like I was an inconvenience rather than a guest. Everyone can have an off day, but this felt more like a complete lack of interest in customer service.A little warmth or simple human interaction would have made a big difference. It felt more like a transaction than a welcome.First impression matters,and unfortunately, this one wasn’t great. A bit of friendliness would go a long way.

I have visited my family friends here many times and I am always impressed. From the modern look and feel, to the kind staff, I know my friends are well taken care of. The view of Mt. Diablo also adds a WOW factor!

Warm, helpful and responsive staff. Bright sunny, cheerful, very modern design - feels like a high end cruise ship with really wonderful tasting food and healthy options.

My mom is so happy there! Staff are terrific, food is delicious and all the amenities are great!
