Vicinia Gardens Assisted Living has been amazing. The stars aligned when we needed to find our mother a safe place to live. We had to sell her home of 34 years and needed a safe place that would take care her. Our mom has grown very attached to several of the staff, Casey, Sam and Stephanie have always taken care of my mom. She loves all of them as if they were her own children. These 3 have been amazing to our mother. I don't know what I'd do without them there and the communication. It there is bonuses that go out to employees for any sort of above and beyond these three should get it. They are now considered part of the family and will be friends forever. This place has taken away alot of my stress as a daughter very involved in my mom's life. I can't say enough. Highly recommend!!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can't say enough positive things about Vicinia Gardens Assisted Living and their incredible staff. My mom has been living here for two years now, and she is truly happy. At 91 years old, she’s surrounded by wonderful people in similar situations, has made friends, and is cared for by a compassionate and attentive team. The director, Amy, is amazing—she knows the residents personally and truly cares about their well-being. The RN who oversees all the buildings is also fantastic, ensuring consistent, high-quality care across the board. The staff not only take great care of my mom but also help me navigate the changes that come with aging, which has been such a relief and support. It’s a great community that even gets residents out to local functions and events, which has made a big difference for my mom. She’s actually doing better here than she was before moving in, and I’m so grateful for the support they provide to both her and our family. Highly recommend Vicinia Gardens to anyone looking for a loving, supportive environment for their loved one.

Family members should be aware of my story. I visited my mother who had dementia all the time. My mother fell 9 times in 11 months, 3 in intermediate bldg broke arm, back, and leg then 6 times in memory care bldg? What’s wrong with this picture, let me say understaffed. The alarm pads they sit on go off and two people in the bldg can’t help the residents it’s too late. They have an extreme turn over of employees. Employees left in the middle of the their shift and quit. Three cooks left in two months in the memory care bldg. I saw this i visited my mom all the time! The memory care bldg is run by a director who pushes medication and hospice care, I believe there is a better solution for their quality of life, I don’t recommend Vicinia for any elderly parent.

My Mom started living at this beautiful place back in August. I thought the transition was going to be hard. Nope. The staff was absolutely awesome. My Mom loved it. So much great things happening in this intermediate building they do arts and crafts their schedules busy all day My mom loves the food and everybody is extremely friendly. One of the biggest I notice every time I come there which is three or four times a week is that it always smells very clean. I would recommend this for anyone that is considering putting their mom in any kind of assisted living. We are super happy.

I truly believe Vicinia Gardens is, as my wife would say a neighborhood you can call home because of the amazing Care staff but also the management staff. All of those ladies up there always jump in to lend a hand to the whole team and lead whole heartedly with their passion and love. I’ve seen those girls travel for their job- run event all the way down to cooking in the kitchen and serving. Every time I’ve been in to any building the care staff have always been extremely welcoming! With the care aides and the amazing management staff and owners you can’t go wrong at Vicinia Gardens.
