Vicinia Gardens Transition

This place is top notch, Lana and her staff have gone above and beyond to make my Aunt so comfortable. I was so nervous on making the initial move, but Lana completely eased my mind! It smells wonderful when you walk in. The smiles on the staff and other residents really prove why they won Best of the best 2025! So happy with my decision. Keep up the great work ladies!!

Great facility. My father was there for hospice care and they were phenomenal. They took great care of him.

A little over a year ago, my family friend moved to this building. The facility is very clean, and recently they've been making small improvements that have contributed to a more relaxed atmosphere. I met Lana when she was in her previous position, and now she is the head of this building. She has a wonderful personality and treats everyone much more kindly than the previous employee in her role. The activity aide is bubbly and great to interact with. The team of employees is caring and always willing to help with anything needed. They are very attentive to my friend. It always is a pleasure to interact with the staff when I visit.

The director Jessica was very pleasant to work with. She has a wonderful staff who works well with Hospice. The building looks wonderful (mostly at Christmas ). It’s clean with no odors. The food looks and smells good. They have a lot of great activities and parties. My Mom was difficult at times and they handled it well. I think like almost all businesses, they could use more help. It is “assisted living” but my Mom was very dependent in the past year. She really needed full care. They did the best they could. They also handled Covid in the most professional and compassionate way. My family is great full for our Vicinia experience.

I love the care that all the employees show the residence. My mom is in the intermediate care and the employees make her feel like family. Very easy to contact if you have questions or concerns. As hard as covid has been I love their diligence to keep residents safe. Thank you for keeping my mom safe.
