My experience with Belvilla has been very positive. The facility is well-maintained, clean, and is a very supportive environment. Amber and Jacob have just recently joined the staff and they have already brought noticeable positive changes to the facility. Both deserve special recognition as they have been so helpful and committed to meeting my family’s needs. I appreciate them both and all of the staff that has made this experience amazing.

My grandparents both live here and I absolutely love this facility! The staff and the nurses are so incredibly helpful and they really make the residents feel at home. It’s always super clean and well taken care of. I’m so glad we found this place to take care of my grandparents. I highly recommend this facility to anyone who needs assisted living!!!!!

I stopped by BelVilla in Andover to meet with Shannon, their resident director, but she was in a meeting with her staff at the time. While I waited, I had the chance to walk around and take a look at the facility,and I was really impressed! The place looked amazing: clean, welcoming, and well cared for. The nurses and staff I met were so sweet and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed while I browsed. You can tell they truly care about their residents. Wonderful first impression! It’s been some time since my grandmother was here over 20 years and nothing has ever changed from what I’m reading my grandmother was always coming up with huge bruises on her face and she had dementia they always said she fell out of her bed but her bed was at the lowest setting near the floor so there was no way. We took her home to care for till the end of her life.

My mother enjoyed her stay here. Like every assisted living facility, they operate with a lean staff. But everyone was friendly and attentive. The facility is clean and well maintained. The nursing staff was quick to deal with any health issues. There were plenty of activities and entertainment options.
