VICTORIAN MANOR

We are doing everything we can to move my mum from this place. There are a couple of super hard working people there but not enough to cover for those lazy ones who don't care at all for the residents and their wellbeing. My mum has been scalded with hot water, has had UTI non stop for the past few months, is showered once a month if she is lucky and is fed greasy, processed nutritionally empty food.

Words can't describe how wonderful we feel as a family that Mom 's been with Victorian Manor some three years now. We are truly blessed by the super attentive staff, both administrative and caregivers alike! It is so apparent that they are there not because it's a job, but because they really care about the quality of life for our seniors. Truly heaven sent...thank you and blessings...one and all!!!!

I want to take this time to thank the management and staff for making my 93 year old mother welcome after the time she spent in the emergency room. We were not prepared and everyone made a huge effort to make sure she was comfortable and cared as she suffers from dementia. The showed amazing understanding and patience and I will always be grateful for the time she spent with them.
