I love the staff. Very friendly and willing to talk and give you updates on my mom. They cook the meals there, real food. Small enough place for personal care. More intimate environment than a nursing home. My mom was able to adjust there quickly. And I have no concern when I leave her. The hardest thing I ever had to do. But it's been easier knowing she's safe fed and staff will be interacting with her. Making her laugh keeping her clean and giving 110 percent of their loving hearts to all the patients that are there. Thank you Victorian villa for doing such a good job. My mom is happy and safe thanks to you. All my heart goes into a very grateful thank you to you and the owner. THANK YOU.

Although there was employees we truly did like Im a little concerned about the lack of concern from the owners/director. She works from home, (lives next door) and offered no compassion or sympathy when she knew my Mother was passing away. We also experienced 2 employees arguing rather my Mom was even in transition of dying. (Seemed obvious to me). I feel we were treated as a dollar amount and not with compassion we and our mother deserved. I was not overly impressed. Apparently making a phone call to family is to much to ask. I cannot say enough good things about this place and the care and understanding for my mother by the entire staff while she was there, This is a first rate care home . Because that’s what it is ... A home, not just a care home. The staff is exceptionally trained for the care of residents with Dementia/Alzheimer’s . Absolutely the best .

Amazing home! A very happy place! Workers are nice and always there when you need them! 😁 This place is just outstanding! ❤️👍
