VICTORIA'S CARE HOME

My Mother, who is 88, moved to Victoria Care Home about 8 months ago and I couldn't be more pleased with the care she has received from day one. She was living alone in her home, which she and my father built, since 1946 and was unhappy about leaving. Unfortunately, she was losing her ability to walk, and she finally agreed that it was time to move into an assisted living facility. After much research, we chose Victoria Care Home because of the positive feedback I had received from people I knew who had family members there and because it is a small facility where everyone knows your name. Mom settled into her room with her own things around her and has come to truly enjoy the people she has met. She now joins in with other residents for the daily exercise program and other activities and enjoys telling her jokes to a whole new audience. The food at every meal is top notch and the facility and the rooms are always kept spotless. It is hard to describe the comfort and peace of mind her family and close friends feel knowing she is safe and being well cared for.

I felt blessed to find Victor’s Care Home for my mom and I still do. It is a happy, homey, safe and welcoming environment and my mom feels content and peaceful for the first time in many years. She has only been there for a few months, she is adjusting very well and the staff has met every need she has had.The Owner and Administrator Both are very knowledgeable, Caring and helpful, They created a customized care Plan for mom’s care and they have been doing a great job following the plan. I recommend Victoria’s Care Home to anyone who is facing the difficult decision of moving their Mom or Dad to an Assisted Living Facility.

I visited some family friends at Victoria's Care Home it was a wonderful experience. I was happy to see how professional and friendly the staff is with all the residents and guests at the home. It felt as if my friend was at the right place it was an extension of their family and home. Victoria's is kept very clean. If your looking for a place for your senior loved one I highly recommend Victoria's Care Home.

My Mom has lived happily at Victoria's Care Home since January 2015. I am so thankful to have found this loving home, especially after visiting over 30 Care Homes in Fresno and Clovis. (all, which had serious issues) Many Care Home owners operate homes for the elderly purely for profit, but not Victoria's Care Home. The really do CARE! The administrator is hands-on, concerned about every aspect of my Mom's well being. The home is spotless and cheerful, and caregivers; Mercy and Toto prepare healthy meals with fresh vegetables, fruits, snacks and afternoon tea. I consider them family. They truly love Mom, and she loves them too! This means so much to me at this time in my Mom's life. We love Victoria's Care Home!
